Insufficient hours in winter to do any Hop on or Hop off.

The Brussels tour was very pleasant even in November - a good guiding tour informing about the most important places and events, the drivers were extremely polite. However, I noted that in one bus some hearing equipment did not work.

Badly indicated in general. The original ticket was for the day of the marathon so it should not have even been possible to purchase for the day when the bus was not operating. Not easy to find information or the stops. A private tour office were actually the ones that provided the information that there were no buses that day and where to go the next day. These hop on hop off are usually great and we have used them in various countries and multiple cities this was the only disappointing one we have ever done
