Eddie was our guide on this delightful experience on our London holiday. He was knowledgable, informative, light-hearted, and often hilariously witty. He does mention that Dale with his Brad Pitt looks is probably the best tour guide in London. Absolutely the best way to get oriented and enjoy this wonderful city.

This was well done, but a challenge to figure out how to get to the right bus to begin with.

Bought the 48 hour tour for the weekend with the intention of riding the full circuit on 3 routes. Several times at least three, we were told to get off the bus and get on another bus. This occurred on both days. Worst of all, on Saturday afternoon, we were doing the Yellow Tour. We got off the bus at Tower of London to spend time there, with the intention of finishing our hop-on hop-off route afterwards. According to the map provided on the buses, at some point, we were supposed to cross the Thames on the London Bridge and come back over the Tower Bridge Saturday and Sunday only. This never happened. Seems like the drivers were changing routes as they went. After the Tower of London, when my wife and I boarded another Yellow Tour bus, the driver failed to tell us that he was quitting for the day! He left the stop, drove straight down the street, stopped near Westminster Underground Station, and told us to get off. At this point, my wife and I had had enough. We gave up and took the Tube back to our hotel. Next time, we'll use Big Bus tours.
