Great local food for an affordable price just a few minutes on foot from the heart of Firenze. Waiters are friendly, quick and provide superfunny interaction with customers without ever stepping over the line. House wine is fantastic, by the way.

The steak we got was not as great as other reviews have stated. It was cold when arrived. Couldn't even send back bc no servers came by to ask how things were going. However by the end of the experience they realized the error and helped us have a good time. We will consider coming back at another time. This place does have a fun personality!

Great Italian restaurant experience. Food is great! Very traditional and the service is the best! There were mostly Italian speaking locals. Loved it! I highly recommend it!

We were at this restaurant yesterday evening, and my spouse and I could not have been happier. The Florentine Steak was probably the best steak that we have ever ate and was worth every dime. The service fantastic, the waiters were happy, helpful and overall just a delight! The ambiance and joy definitely boosted the mood and feel of the restaurant, and the potatoes and wine were also phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place!

Was very much looking forward to visiting this restaurant after all the rave reviews here. Didn't really live up to our expectations. We took a chance and arrived without a reservation just after 1900 when they open. The staff were good and gave us a table and explained they needed the table back by 2100. No problem for us. My husband ordered steak and I chose the cod. We shared a selection of vegetables. Our food was tasty but not hot. The vegetables were tepid. I like my food to be piping hot so this was disappointing for me and spoilt the enjoyment of my meal. The decor is entertaining and some of the staff are friendly enough. You have to queue at the door to settle your bill. I felt sorry for the diners seated there, it was like sitting in the corridor. I wouldn't bother going back, it's wasn't that impressive for us.

Great local place. Their service is extremely friendly and they have a staff member that speaks English. We went there with no reservations right when they opened and was seated immediately. The steak was huge for such a good price. Perfectly cooked rare and flavored well. Would definitely come back next time I'm in town.

We ran into this authentic Italian restaurant an couldn't have been more pleased. We tried the ribollita, bruschetta and cod. All delicious! The waitress was very nice and friendly and spoke good English. At the end of the meal they offer you typical Italian after dinner liquor for free. The price and ambience are great!

One of the best local restaurants in Florence ever. If you really want to eat the real Florentine meat, you definitely must go there! Nice staff, very good dishes, and honest prices. Just one thing: you have to arrive early if you don’t want to stand in line a lot waiting for a table. Highly recommended.
