La nostra pizza non è romana (bassa e croccante), ma neanche napoletana (alta sul bordo e soffice) la nostra pizza è ... "Dar Poeta". Buon appetito!

Really good pizza. The staff were sort of louche. One could mistake their indifference for relaxed functionality or maybe they were just cool. I like warmth and friendliness in my restaurants, so I felt quite sad while eating my perfectly cooked pizza. Beer was nice. Didn't tip.

Undoubtedly one of the best pizzarias in Rome. Chances our lunch and turned up without a reservation. Managed to be seated in the basement. If you want to sit upstairs or especially outside be prepared to queue a while and wait. Menu is extensive and very good value. 3 pizzas, starters, desert and drinks all for less than €60.

We went for lunch. The pizzas are just OK in my opinion. Lots of options for toppings, and the crust is nicely done, but there just isn't a lot of flavor. It's a fun experience, but there's not much atmosphere to speak of. As mentioned in other reviews, the house wine is actually decent, get a carafe! Overall though, I'd say seek out other nearby pizza restaurants instead.

Absolutely by far the best pizza in town! I came here 3 years ago and loved it so much that I brought my hubby on our honeymoon. He wants to go back again tonight because it was so good! We got the Dar Poeta and Bufala. The Dar Poeta is a bit spicy, but I can’t handle spice very well and I think this pizza is delicious!

I was tired and hungry from the colloseum tour, and this restaurant delivered the meal I needed in order to get back home. Amazing pizzas and great service! I would definitely come back here again.

Definitely a good pizza to try. I would highly recommend this place for service and quality of their food (the pizza dough is heaven, at least it was tonight). You might have to wait a bit to be seated but it is worth the wait.

That's probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Perfectly crusty, thin with subtle topping not overloaded -just as it should be. The place has its climate, moving tables outside are laid with grey paper - and that is the quintessence of this so characteristic place. If you add to it their house wine..mmmm...delicious. Service is completely normal, not pushy, they don't look down on you, maybe little smile would pay off :-) But that's their job. Anyway, it is worth walking all the way through Rome to get here and you'll be rewarded. Truly recommend !

The restaurant serves nice Italian dishes. I personally went for the pizza, seeing as it is a pizza-based restaurant. The pizzas are good, even if mine was slightly burnt around the edges. You get a taste of the Italian style and quality, which was as good as expected. It wasn't all perfect, however. Even though the pizza was good, it was not great. Also the seating plan inside is a bit mismatch-y. For my taste it should have a better lay out and have a more warm atmosphere. Small negatives but overall a good restaurant. Staff are friendly too.

The food was very good. The pizza was so good I finished before I remembered to take a picture. The word is definitely out about how good so expect a decent wait before you are seated. We had a 90 minute wait at 9:00 pm. Still worth it. I highly recommend the buffalo mozzarella as an appetizer. It was incredibly tasty and a great way to start our meal.

The Dar Poeta pizza (pictured) is something special. Looks plain at first, but the garlic base and spicy sausage make it full of flavors! 😋😋

Pizza is VERY good - especially Bufala. The Nutella Calzone was a little bit disappointing and so was the staff. Unfriendly, not smiling and it seemed like they even didn’t want us there.

small restaurant. Perhaps a little bit difficult to find, but our search for this place turned out to be an unforgettable adventure as we walked the streets of a real-Italian-neighbourhood ;Trastevere

I got tuna salad because I have gluten intolerance unfortunately there is no gluten free pizza. My friend got pizza, he said that it was delicious. You should also try calzono with ricotta and nutella
