Unfortunately this is the first bad review I’ve ever had to leave online. But this is clearly a restaurant whose success has had an effect on quality. Cramped into the outside terrace with almost no room to move our arms for fear of hitting people behind us. The waiter forgot what we had ordered almost every time we asked for something, no doubt due to the need to get the long queue into the restaurant. The food was way below average- the meatballs with sauce had way too much cheese and the carbonara was burnt and salty. Not once were we asked how the food was. There are much better places to eat in Rome for a similar cost- more authentic, better food and much better service. Don’t be fooled by the online ratings- the waiting staff specifically ask people to do this.

It’s busy. Efficient service and nice atmosphere. Though they were playing house music when I was there for dinner. Fried anti choke very oily. Wine was served late after I enquirer. Spinach ravioli mediocre. It’s ok but doesn’t deserve 5 stars.

The pictures do not do this place justice We were in Rome for a few days and we were recommended to eat in this area and we decided based on reviews to eat here. The food, experience and atmosphere was fantastic. If I come back to Rome I'd eat here again. The food had a great homemade feel and taste, the staff were attentive and friendly and the location was great. I fully recommend eating here, loved it

A great place in the popular Trastevere area of Rome. Peak season in August so expect a small wait but ensure you put your name down with the guy / girl monitoring movements in and out. Great Pizza and Pasta with flavours to die for. Very fresh ingredients, efficient service however don’t expect attention to detail. One of the best in Rome.

The place to eat while in Rome! We found this hidden gem while walking hungry around. There is another restaurant right in front of it. We didn't know which one to pick, so we looked at 1. The Menu (looked better), 2. The online reviews (were better). So we decided to go in here. Oh my gosh! So delicious, the staff was amazing, so attentive and nice, the flavors, the wine, the scent of freshly cooked Italian meals, it was our favorite Roman experience that week. Mary took care of us. Can't thank them enough for such an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

The food was the best we have had during our trip to Rome so far. Very reasonable prices also. Will definitely be coming back during our next trip here. Highly recommended!

Best value for money. Waited 15 minutes on Sunday evening. Got 2 glasses of champagne during waiting. Fried artichoke is interesting. Lamb is very tendor and juicy. The lamb flavor is not overly strong. Eggplant pizza is okay. Not the best pizza, but is above average.

We saw lot of great reviews about this place so walked 20-25 min to go here. Wait was about 10min. But they made it easy by offering small wine (Free). We got our table and server was just super busy. He wanted to get done with his work asap. He dint care about what we want or what to recommend. The restroom was very unclean. Food was alright. Nothing exciting or special. My meatball pasta was nice but my wife's pasta was watered down.

Best pizza in the world without a doubt. Amazing crust, never tasted anything quite like it. It's more than just a pizza place though. The Jewish style artichokes were a lot better than at Nonna Betta's (and for half the price). Wonderful staff; prompt service and friendly throughout even though the place was absolutely packed. Good value for money. Could have dined there every day of our stay.

Food was great! We had gnocchi with Clums, spaghetti with meatballs and the bruschettas. Everything was great, but the music was really loud though no one likes to eat while listening to snoop dog.
