Very nice place to get your meal, we got a very nice strawberry milk shake, a lot better then the dutch milkshakes! And this was a clean MacDonalds, with a very quick service! Oh wait, we only just ordered three milkshakes. So all by all nice!

Amazingly bad. Not only do they work in super slow motion. But when you do get your cold food you have to queue up again for coffee at another counter! As a visitor from the UK and knowing McDonald's as a restaurant, this is like nothing you have ever experienced. It may even be worth going to just experience how mind blowingly terrible it is.

The worst experience I had in my whole life. The manager, which is a tall black man tell me that I can't stretch my legs and then he threaten me for a good 10 minutes! This is not acceptable and this is the worst clientel service I had in my life! Having studied clientel service in school I felt shocked that such bad staff members could have a supervisor position in an international enterprise. For all the foreigners out there I recommand to never step foot in this MacDonald.

Nice place to sit with fast service to have a happy meal, or a quick bite... I liked the sitting area and connectivity with termini.. Cool place to hangout with friends and family..

If I could give 0 stars I would. The menu was terrible and it would been more hygienic to use a restroom anywhere else. This restroom opens a new category of dirtiness. It was disgusting. Anyway, if you order a Mc flurry for 3€ an Not eben get the half of the cup full of ice something went wrong. Sorry but this is disappointing. Additionally the personal is very unfriendly. Go eat somewhere else if you can.
