This restaurant should not be called as such.Service and food are horrible.Waited for almost an hour to be served ina hot room where doors are open to the outside and no air conditioning. The woman apparently in charge was nasty and not welcoming as you expect from Syrians or Italians. Was not told upfront that they only take cash.No credit cards Nd at the end claims that the machine is broken. This is a shame to be called a Syrian restaurant. The lady above shouuld open hoar house, not place to eat.

Not good at all. Smoke is weak. Service is bad, although I am from their same country. They charge you for coals for the shisha after 3-4 coals. Would not recommend. Lady is unfriendly and rude.

Nice place to have shisha in Rome and to taste some of the Syrian plates

The place is okay. Nothing spectacular. We did not explore other shisha bars whilst our visit so cannot compare, however this is adequate if you want to see what Rome has to offer. Service is good and staff are friendly. You get the sense this is a place for locals, friends or family, not so much a tourist place primarily.

Expected a higher quality and better taste of meals compared to their prices. Took them ages to cook my meal, and most importantly they made us switch tables for no reason.
