The tour was exceptional our tour guide was outstanding in her depth of knowledge as well as in her delivery. She managed the group well and answered questions and provided insights into life in both ancient as well as modern Rome. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.

I actually ended up missing my tour because I was late, but it turned out great. I took the next tour which was much more in depth, it included the underground part of the colloseum which was not part of the tour I originally signed up for. It ended up being only me and one other person on the tour, and the guide Christina was great! Really knowledgeable and interesting. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for this in depth tour.

Enjoyed it but there were more people than I expected on the tour. Lots of walking, tour seemed rote and very scripted although guide was knowledgeable.

It really is worth having a guide for any of the famous sites of Rome. You get to have a concise history lesson and see the most important points of interest. Otherwise you could be aimlessly wandering around without getting the full benefit of the visit. Viator guides are always very professional .

Nice tour. Group of 15 a bit large. Lots of walking. Crowds made keeping up with group a bit difficult for older folks. Lots of steps added to difficulties but, overall, well worth it.

Again this tour was fantastic! Fabrizio was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his obvious love of Roman history with gusto and humour. Highly recommend this tour, great to visit in the off season as less crowded.
