We were warmly greeted by the host. The menu was extensive and included local dishes as well as some more mainstream popular ones. Everything was delicious and the staff was delightful! Also, they have a great wine list. Highly recommend it!

Tiramisu was outstanding as well as the the dinner. Great square to let the kids run around. Food was great and the service was solid. Veal was good. Large portions. Mozzarella’s was great. Steak was tasty. Waitstaff was very friendly. Nothing is cheap in Venice so this was medium+ priced for a nice family dinner. Outside seating was great.

Having a lovely day at Venice and stopped for some lunch at Beccafico. In 30 degree heat all four of us had small water bottles. Having sat down for 1 minute at a table the first thing the waiter said was "water" we said no. He said you cannot drink your own water in our restaurant, without taking our order for drinks... very arrogant. However we still carried on and orders 2 x 8 Euro beers and 2 pizza and 2 salads. After this the waiter cleared our drinking glasses making a point from his earlier ban. We were so hot that we decided to move inside the restaurant to which 2 waiters aggressively with arms folded stopped us entering and said you are not going in there with your water bottles. So rude, aggressive and ignorant. To which we left and made the same order over the road at Le Cafe and enjoyed our meal & drinks (beers) with excellent an friendly service. Do not ever give the people your time or money they are the rudest waiters in Venice. I had to put 1 star to post this but in reality they are worth less than nothing.

Very nice location, very hard-working, helpful and kind staff. The food is great, tasty, nicely prepared, especially seafood is wonderful. There are not many mid-range priced options for people who do not like seafood unfortunately (except pizzas) so I would not recommend this place to them. It's not cheap (18 euros for seafood spaghetti), and I expected larger portions. If you're really hungry, consider an appetiser.

This stop saved our Venice visit! We pulled in on a cruise ship yesterday afternoon. We had dinner at a sub par Italian restaurant. It was our mission today to redeem ourselves before we leave tonight. Mission accomplished! My wife is vegan and they more than accommodated her. I had probably the best pizza in my life. Alex, our server was top notch as well. Finished off the meal with a fantastic cup of coffee Americano. It's a little off the beaten Path but with the walk. Don't eat in San Marco square with all the crowds. Come here instead! You won't be sorry!

Great Sicilian restaurant in the heart of Venise. High quality food. Very welcoming and friendly staff, however, the service is a little bit slow. Limoncello shots are offered by the restaurant at the end of the meal. Very quiet and cozy place. Strongly recommended
