Food was not at a high standard... Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our gambas were really bitter. Our paella was lacking in flavor overall. The meat in the paella was overcooked and dry. We also ordered the salmon which was surprisingly good for a deep fried fish with cheese however, I wouldn't go there specifically for it. The sangria was also standard. There didn't look to be a single local in the restaurant as everyone spoke everything but Spanish. Felt like a tourist trap.

Stumbled upon this near our hotel and it’s absolutely amazing!!!! The reviews lived up to our expectations and more. The staff is super friendly and gave us the best food suggestions especially Jhoan, thank you... The octopus with potatoes & the meat with mashed potatoes was absolutely breathtaking. Best meal I’ve had in Madrid.

Nice and friendly restaurant. The food was very good. We had a Cesar salad, cheese plate, and risotto. Good vegetarian options available. The non-alcoholic drinks are recommended.

By far our favorite tapas restaurant in Madrid! On this third and last day of our trip, wife found this place and we came here after a nice long day at the Rtiro Park. The location is off the beaten path in a side street so you might miss it unless you are looking for it. Inside the dining room is small, but we were seated quickly since we got there early by Spanish standards (7pm). We ordered grilled squid with salad, curry chicken, pork tenderloin steak, and Spanish omelette with potatoes. And of course sangria for the wife. The food came quickly, first the omelette and the curry chicken, then the squid, and lastly the tenderloins. First bite of the Spanish omelette let us know we were in for a treat. It was warm and full of flavor with onion and garlic, and probably the best bite of food I've had in Madrid. The curry chicken was a bit light on flavor, but the chicken was cooked well, and the rice was seasoned well and sticky, which was nice. The squid was wife's favorite; eat it with a bit of salad and the accompanying sauce and you'll really enjoy it. The tenderloin had a nice grape and wine reduction sauce, but the pork was overcooked just a bit. The same sangria was the best of the 3 restaurants we tried, iced cold, not too strong and not too weak, and full of fruity flavor. And for all that delicious food and drinks we only paid 30 Euros. Overall our most enjoyable tapas dining experience in Spain. Highly recommend!

Great find in Madrid. It is authentic Spanish food without being over priced. It has also the best sangria--it is dry which really allows for the true flavors if the fruit and wine to shine through. They also do half plates, which is great if you want to sample a few of the Madrid staple foods.

The best place we ate in Madrid, hands down. A cozy place with great service and even better food. They also serve half portions and we got to taste 4 courses, all delicious. Don't leave Madrid without first popping in.

The food here is delicious, the serving fast, the music is lovely and the place itself is small and cosy. We loved it here. I recommend you buy half portions (nice of them to give this option) so you can try various dishes.

Amazing!! We were so excited to visit this place after reading great reviews. The sangria and goat cheese here are incredible. The paella was a little underwhelming and slightly over cooked. Fresh bread came out steaming from the oven.... so tasty! Highly recommended.

I wasn’t sure about such a high rating with almost 1000 people’s review. After a very satisfying meal and really reasonable price, I am now truly convinced. Tried the octopus and paella, both are Super good, did not like much of the ravioli though.. and of course the alcohol price was really reasonable. The service was so good despite being so busy during night, a must visit in Madrid.
