Batman Alley

Very cool street gallery of grafitti. The art changes every 6-12 months. There are many cool examples of big art pieces and lots of little things, little details to look out for. If you like taking photos you will need a couple of hours. Many canvases.

Os grafites são mesmo legais de se ver, mas em feriado (que foi quando eu fui) - e imagino que em finais de semana também - é MUITO cheio, com filas gigantes pra tirar fotos em frente a alguns grafites - o que obriga a quem está andando por ali a ziguezaguear para não atrapalhar as fotos, barraquinhas diversas ocupando muito espaço e pessoas fumando. Não acho que vale a pena o sacrifício... Talvez minha impressão ficasse um pouco melhor se eu fosse em dias úteis, mas fico com preguiça de querer tentar, depois da experiência..

Lindos murais, lugares para comer e muita gente

Best and cleanest place in Sao Paulo. The rest of the city looks like a big garbage can which is piled up with homeless people, gipsys and garbage! But beco do batman is super nice. If you are unlucky enough to go to Sao Paulo, just go here as this is clean, nice and interesting!

Love the graffiti, and vibe of this place. Way too many people, to the point that is hard to appreciate the street art at times. Great food, and coffee options around.

A lot of amazing artworks in a small alley. (It's just an alley, and there is no entrance fee.) Everyone is talking selfies, but they wait for their turn and generally are very respectful of others. Must visit in São Paulo!

Great graffiti art work. Great place to take pictures. Lots of people taking selfies and even professional pictures. People from all over the world come to Batman Alley. In a very hipster neighborhood.

Probably one of the cooler graffiti regions I have been to in my life. If you are a fan of graffiti, especially checking out some local artists, this is definitely a great start on your journey. Even if you are not a fan of graffiti I think this is an interesting cultural spot that should be on everyone’s list of things to see before you leave São Paulo, on top of visiting DOM, or even going to a Brazilian steakhouse! The neighborhood around seems pretty normal too but whenever you visit outlying hoods, wether it be Bushwick, Brooklyn or here, don’t be dumb. We went at night and had no problem navigating or getting back to the main drag of the neighborhood to get food and drinks. Enjoy!
