Beautiful train station, well kept and being renovated.

If you forget about the Português background noise, you might even think you’re in the middle of Paddington station in the heart of London! Amazing traditional station that’s jammed full with eager commuters. Be mindful outside the station on either side as there is a decent community of crack heads alongside the road

Too many people from 4pm to 8pm brazilian time so the trains will be jam-packed

Lovely English architecture from back in time where Sao Paulo was the richest coffee exporter in the world. Nowadays, it is a very busy station so do not go there in the rush time... Also if you have some time go to the museum besides it called "Pinacoteca do Estado" (it is free ono Saturdays)

Beautiful station that is inspired on the old English architecture. It needs bit of maintenance.

Beautiful english building station. Always crowded and busy, be careful for pickpocketing. The building next to it is a museum that caught fire, they're restoring it though.

Maravilhosa ! Where: Estação da Luz, São Paulo How was it: Felt like we were in Harry Potter, how majestic the station was. I (Serge) didn't feel like I was in Brazil anymore. Really nice place that we indadvertedly saw because we were visiting the Portuguese museum. Grade: Eli = 4, Serge = 5 Recommend: yes

I love this place. I believe it was built about a century ago, and it certainly retains some of that old-world charm. However, part of it burned in a fire which consumed a nearby museum. I hope that section of the station has been restored.
