Love this place! Beautiful large park right in the heart of the city. Totally a good place to chill out, relax, play or have a picnic with friends in the summer. Walking distance from Leidseplein. Also, you'll find lot of people jogging or running. Totally worth a visit!

Pretty park with lush greenery, and sprawling canals. We meandered and found our way on a sunny day to a lovely bench overlooking a pond and houses, and we could have just sat there forever. Lovely place with lively people watching and people playing in the parks. Find your way here after a coffee and you won't be disappointed

I love this park, its my favourite and one of the best places to visit in Amsterdam. The atmosphere is nice. Its got quiet spots and busier areas. People like to jog and cycle around this park, as well as relax on the grass next to the water or near the many trees. On warm, sunny days this makes a great place to chill. And on calm autumn nights, it makes a perfect spot for a nice quiet walk. I have so many amazing memories of this place!

This is a must-do in Amsterdam. It's great to wander round, have a sit or bring some drinks and snacks. The birds are fun to watch and so are the people at times. I genuinely missed Vondelpark as soon as I left Amsterdam and wanted to go back.

Fantastic run through the park. Loads of cyclists use it to get to work but there is certainly enough space for those wanting to walk or run. Really beautiful spot to enjoy the scenery, especially around the pond. There are also some birds to see if you're lucky.

Very touristy but such a great park with many nooks and hidden spots. Ride your bike through it, picnic, attend an event...so much to do!

What a relaxing Park! We decided to have a walk around here before leaving Amsterdam. It took out the "tourist stress" with the people enjoying the sun, nature, and even a small performance that harmonizes with the park. Glad we took the moment to enjoy this park along with the locals. It's a must to check visit.

I really enjoyed my walks in Vondelpark. There are lots of other dogs here and plenty of space to run. I saw duck in the ponds and even one rabbit! People are friendly and don't mind if I come close to them - they stroke me a lot! A very relaxing place indeed - Snow, Polish Mountain Sheepdog

Lovely place to chill, skate or walk with the dogs and to get away from the shopping and partying crowd in the city center. You're welcome to have a picnic but please, as a courtesy to the next people visiting, clean up your trash when you leave.

This massive public park has plenty of room for people to sit out by the water or on a grassy hill. They are often hosting events in the park and it is a great place for exercise groups. It has a lively atmosphere and is enjoyable to wander through.

Very rude staff bringing Seongnam orders on your table regularly and ignoring you when you will really order some. Very bad service

Bad service, charged for tap water and food very mediocre...only reason to go is to sit in the sunshine!

Best thing about this place is the location and the sunny terrace! They seem to have monthly specials for lunch which look quite creative. On the downside service is sloppy, like in most Dutch cafes

Nice and cozy place! Great healthy options! But the staff was kinda impatient and it took them a looooong time to get to us, we literally had to wave our hands up every time we wanted to order

Great place for lunch or cup of coffee after your walk in Vondelpark. Try the tomato soup or the veal sandwich. Also a lot of glutenfree dishes on the menu.
