The Manhattan skyline offers an impressive, unique display of skyscrapers. On June 20 and 21, 2018 I enjoyed walking through part of Manhattan admiring the beauty of its structures. On June 21 I got an even better view of the Manhattan skyline while riding the Staten Island Ferry, then later walking across the Brooklyn Bridge. Unique buildings like the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building make the New York skyline recognizable to those familiar with such structures. The diversity of the skyscrapers and lower buildings makes for a great view. Seek to look at the skyline from different parts of New York City to get different views. Seeing the Manhattan skyline is one of the memorable aspects of a visit to New York City. And it costs nothing.

Do NOT rent here unless you want to be awakened by constant jack hammering from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday! YES SATURDAY! Manhattan Skyline has made no efforts to work with their tenants. My apartment literally shakes. I have asked for more sound proofing of windows, timelines, anything. They have not even acknowledged how miserable it is for the tenants and the animals living in the apartments. The construction will not be completed until 2020. The jackhammering stops when they show apartments and then picks right back up once a potential new tenant leaves. I have lived here for a year and a half. This building and management had its issues before but the on going construction makes this building inhabitable. The only saving grace are the doormen/concierge/super. They are all very professional and friendly.

I am shocked to see this beautiful landmark of the City that never sleeps, listed wrongly as "real estate agent" - thums down to whoever did this weird classification! Be that as it may, this is one place where I used to walk up from my office in Waters Street, just to enjoy the beautiful scenery and get away from the crowd.

Walk there is priceless. An example of a proper urban space planning. It is possible to see the life of Manhattan from within. Be sure to check out the Chelsea market
