The sell absolute best staff. I went there for brunch, and had to wait at least 15 minutes to order. They do not take any table reservations, so get prepared for long wait. The coffee was awesome and the bagel with smoked salmon sandwich was the show stopper. They don’t have much sitting arrangements, compared to the crowd. So we had to take it and go outside. They even do not have restrooms !!! But the food quality and quantity was mind blowing compared to the money you pay. I would highly recommend this place.

It is the best bagels. Don’t be scared of the long line it moves super fast. There may be a slight wait time for your order to complete but usually it’s quick. Great fresh food all around. There is however, not much seating. Do not plan on staying to eat. Definitely a spot to grab and go.

When a customer returns to your establishment after ordering, paying, walking 3 blocks away, going up 18 floors to his office and getting settled only to find out YOU GAVE THEM THE WRONG ORDER.... It might be a good idea, to NOT make them wait another 10 minutes to make a non toasted bagel with cream cheese.... Absolutely NO sense of urgency when you were the ones who made the mistake.. Best Bagel? maybe.... Piss pour customer service? absolutely...

In the morning it’s pretty packed but the line moves very fast. There aren’t a lot of places to sit down and eat, so don’t count on it if you are coming in in the busy hours (most of the people take the bagel to go). Also there is no bathroom. BUT, it really is the best bagel I’ve had- my mother and I took the salmon and cream cheese in the onion bagel which was amazing- each bagel had huge amount of salmon, very filling. My sister took the bacon and eggs in a plane bagel and also said it was very delicious. Over all would really recommend for a quick delicious filling breakfast

I looked at this bagel shop online because I wanted to visit a real bagel shop while I was in New York City for the first time. This shop did not let me down. I had an official New York bagel and cream cheese with lox onion and tomato. It was absolutely delicious and filled me up. The bagel Shop lived up to the hype of New York having the best bagels around. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. Not to mention the coffee and how delicious that was! Completely wheelchair accessible also

Legit best bagels in NYC. This place doesn't get enough credit and gets buried in search with its jynx-ed store name. Always a lone but always worth it. Their bagels are airy and light but the dough is still chewy and everything you would want and more. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu as long as it has a bagel in it

The bagels are huge, lovely crisp outside and soft inside. The price is reasonable and I always end up buying a few uncut ones to take home with me. They live up to their name. The line may end up long but these guys work fast you won't be there for more than 15-20 mins.

I can’t find one bad thing to say about this place. Worth every ounce of praise. The bagels are doughy and crispy. Perfect toast and flavor. Soft inside. The cinnamon raisin has wonderful flavor. Sesame too. The line was ridiculously long, but moved very quickly. Very fast and efficient unlike other popular bagel spots. I visited this place three years ago and it lived up to my memories of truly the best bagel I’ve ever had!

Their bagel is amazing. I was there on Saturday around 10:30am and the line was out the door! It was about 25 minutes wait. However during weekday morning the line was less and the flow was much quicker. Both times I ordered bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. It was really yummy.

I went there after I read is the Must place go to for bagels in NYC. It’s so busy, I will suggest not to plan eating there especially early morning with the limited seating. Honestly, impressed with the amount of staff working there, the line seems huge but moves quickly. You order to one person, then you go and order coffee and the register and pay for the order. In the end you wait to hear your order number and you are good to go! These people are machines...and great bagels as well (rich variety of cream cheese)
