Simply the best ramen I've ever had! The place is cozy and when your table is ready you're welcome with a big shouting from every employee. The ramen itself is delicious! The broth is the star here, making the whole experience a level above the others. The noodle itself is very good and the ingredients choice harmonizes very well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing service. Quick food prep once you've ordered. Spicy pork ramen with an egg was sensational. I was only in New York for 6 nights and I went back 2-3 times.

Absolutely delicious! Waitstaff is so nice. However rather small seating. We sat with a few strangers, so not good for private conversation. However great food! Definitely will come back!

Life changing, so much better than any other Ramon I've had that it doesn't even seem like the same food. It's some wonderful form of happy distilled into a broth with perfect noodles, pork, and mushrooms, oh and spicy paste, and bamboo shoots, and seasoned soft boiled eggs... I just ate it 4 hours ago and I already want to go back.

The pork was leaner than I expected. Guess it was tailored for American customers. Noodle soup is flavorful but salty. I wish there was more veggies in the soup but it was probably what you get for a typical Manhattan restaurant for the price. Fried Tofu was delicious even though it had a different twist but overall it's quite good and the service was great.

Great ramen restaurant. Love getting the pork belly buns. When I visit, there's always a bit of a wait, but I don't visit frequently enough to know if that is always the case (I don't live in the city). The service is always great, and food is served fairly promptly. I've been to fast food restaurants that serve food significantly slower. This place is in the top 5 places I try to go when i make it into the city.

Just amazing. Their pork bun and classic noodle dishes are wonderful. Get there When they open or expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a table

Pros: amazing broths, nice variety of traditional yet still progressive ramen techniques. Come hungry and skip the buns, cause they don't give you take away containers. Ask for the chili paste, it's worth it. Skip the vegetarian one if you are feeling adventurous, cause its not.

Great experience here at Ippudo! The staff was super friendly, quick, attentive, and seated us surprisingly fast. That counts big time when you come in from out of the cold. Started off with the tea which was good, got the Japanese seasoned fries (and they had Kewpie on hand!), and the Karaka spicy ramen. Noodles were hard just like I asked for and the nitamago (seasoned egg) I added was perfect! Would definitely recommend!
