I had the wrapped asperagus appetizer and then an amazing stuffed veal chop as my entree. It was all fantastic! Cost is $$$-$$$$ and they seated 2 of us immediately without a reservation or dress code. The upper level was brightly lit which we thought made it feel a bit less welcoming or cozy, even though the service and food was excellent. Still a great place if you're looking for good Italian cuisine!

EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOULD BE. We have lived in New York City for 75 years and had never been here until 4 years ago. What's wrong with us. Patsy's is really terrific. There's great "action" but you're not crowded though it can be noisy. Food is terrific. Service is geriatric Italian with a splash of "union" but in the end, pictures of young Danny Thomas and Frank Sinatra rule and we have returned more than a few times. Under watchful owners eyes, this family has lived and breathed Patsy's. We sometimes ask "what does it take to make an institution?". This is the answer.

Patsy's was wonderful! Staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I had Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. It was the best I have ever ate! Sauce was nice and creamy, not oily. The chicken was cooked well and there was plenty of it. Would definitely recommend!

This place needs a reservation, but it is well worth it. The host went out of his way to make sure we got a reservation. The team of Nick and Pino gave excellent service with a smile. The owner even came by twice to make sure we were happy. The food was definitely worth every penny we spent. Patsy's has wonderful charm and should be on your list to do when in NY City.

LOVED this place! Great ambiance and incredible food. Really friendly staff and awesome service. I loved the owner, you can tell he really cares. I loved the food so much I ordered my meal for the next day for takeout at the end of our meal. Thank you guys!

A really great Italian restaurant frequented by Old Blue Eyes ( Frank Sinatra ) and easy to see why. Excellent food nicely presented with great menu selection. Easy to see why Frank enjoyed his time at Patsy's. Great wine selection to compliment the meal. Even though we were with a group the food was outstanding. Would definitely go back

Not to be missed! I ask the concierge at my hotel for a great Italian place to eat and they suggested Patsy's. I am so glad that we went there! The food was beyond amazing, and it was so great to have Patsy's own grandson come out to chat with us afterward. Beautiful ambience, great food, do not miss this one!

Where to begin. First of all I’ll admit we were not dressed up for the occasion, so it felt a little awkward walking in with sweatshirts on when everyone else is wearing a suit. I didn’t realize this place was so fancy. We had always known Patsys to be a pizza place, so we went in expecting to be able to order a large pizza and split between the three of us and get out of there for less than 60 bucks. It’s definitely not that kind of place, and they don’t serve pizza. The staff were rude, not gracious or kind at all. They made us remove our hats and we felt rushed as soon as they realized we weren’t going to spend $40 on a plate of pasta. The salads that we ordered were nothing special, and the bottle of water they charged us 10 bucks for.

2nd time there. Again great food & service. If its good enough for Frank Sinatra & The Rat Pack it's good enough for me. We schedule a last minute reservation & we only waited 5 minutes for our table Very much recommended!

Iconic restaurant stands up to the test of time. Classic service. Firm green olives and pungent cheese made for great antipasto. Tender meatballs. Crusty bread. I recommend Patsy's.
