The warm and kind staff of Per Se, views of Central Park and one delicious bite after another all contributed to one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. As a culinary professional it was simply inspiring to know that I was in the presence of a team professionals performing at the highest level of excellence. Congratulations to each and every one of you for the dedication and sacrifices you make daily to live your dream and be at this level in your career. It was amazing!!! Bravo and thank you for the wonderful experience.

Fantastic food. Waiter are kind and the food will never disappoint. However be prepared for quite expensive check at this restaurant. Prices keep rising... The view of central park is awesome. They are really cautious about allergies which I think is fantastic. The seafood is always fresh. I would recommend the caviar.

Per Se is worth every penny. Each course of food is better than the last and the service is incredible. They are also incredibly cautious about allergies, to the extent that they're willing to change the whole menu around. The view of Central Park is impeccable, and if you tell them of a special occasion during your final emails about your reservation it seems like they will put you in an even better spot.

Great tables and view, however I was unimpressed by the menu presented. It seemed like anything worth eating you had to pay more for, one option was caviar (which I don't like) and the only other alternative was breaded mushrooms on a few salad leaves - what's that all about at a restaurant of this standard! Most of the menu consisted of desserts, which are the cheapest and easiest to serve up to people. Pretty poor show for £1000 meal we had.

I had a milestone birthday here and have to say I enjoyed every moment. I am not a ‘fancy’ person, but I love food and wanted to eat here for a long time. The wait staff made me feel at home and took every opportunity to make my meal as enjoyable as possible. All that said, the food was the star, as it should be. It was so good, so for lack of a better word, perfect. I hope I get the chance in the future to either come here again or visit French Laundry.

We have been to the sister restaurant - TFL and we were very excited to try Per Se. The atmosphere is quiet, yet elegant and the service is impeccable. We were not as impressed with the tasting menu as we thought, but as always we stay open minded. TFL was better in terms of food and pairings, but Per Se service was friendlier and more social, which we enjoyed. Although we didn’t love the food options to the fullest capacity, we enjoyed the experience and would return in the future. Hopefully by then the menu will have some new tasting items. Also, important to note the price is high (as with any Michelin starred restaurant) but we have had better food in other spots. As I mentioned, we will return in the future but this is not our top choice.

Went there for my 30th birthday. I chose to go with the vegetarian menu, which didn’t impress me, given how sweet each course was. I went hungry and wanted savory food. The first course was avocado sorbet with beets (which are naturally sweet). Other courses were ravioli with sweet potato. Then cheese tart with caramelized onions. Even the bread course had sweet dried fruits in it. 🙄The savory courses were deep fried eggplant and a salad, which I wasn’t a big fan of. My husband tried the meat tasting course and all his meals were excellent. I finally requested that my next dish is replaced with one of his. His oyster with caviar dish and scallop with truffle was out of this world. All the dishes were beautifully made and presented, I just feel like I couldn’t enjoy as much, because I was hungry and the courses were on a sweeter side. I went from hungry to stuffed very fast without really enjoying the taste of each dish. My favorite part was the dessert course, where we were served many different desserts and chocolates. Overall, it was a great experience, but I wouldn’t go back.

Exceptional. Food was just incredible. Service was great. I don’t say this lightly, but that might be the best meal I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend!!

This was the. Best. Dining. Expeirience. of. My life. If you have the means and are on the fence, just do it. From the very beginning this experience was thoughtful, enjoyable, perfect down to the smallest details. It was my boyfriend's birthday and it even said so on our unique menu that was signed by the chef and given to us as a souvenir at the end. We left absolutely bursting at the seams with incredible food, and they had more goodies for us as we left as well. The waiters were helpful, patient with explaining different cutleries such as the purpose of the mother of pearl spoon, or the cake fork, but they were also mindful of my allergy to soy. The food.....let's just say it's 3 star Michelin rated for a reason. Our experience from start to finish was incredible and we honestly hope to return every year to this wonderful place.

Absolutely divine! Thomas Keller and company knocks it out of the park every time I’ve dined here. A terrific tasting menu with wine pairings for each dish. Each season brings a new type of cuisine to match the fruits and vegetables that are the freshest and season appropriate. The dinning room is classy and the staff is incredible. Can’t wait to go back
