Fantastic cookies, and a staff that can handle a rush like no other. Every time I've come the lone has been put the door, yet the person at the cash register always takes their time to make sure all my orders are correct as well as double checking before I move on. They somehow do this for everyone yet keep the line moving at a brisk pace. The rotating variety of cookies is awesome as well, so make sure to be a repeat customer and check them out.

Really great place for dessert. We got there late and we got half price cookies which was amazing. So much variety of cookies with great friendly staff working. The cookies and cream cookies were amazing and the traditional chocolate chip cookies. Sooooo good!!! I highly encourage you to try it.

Excellent dessert available here. Brownies are very good portions and are rich in flavor. Employees are very friendly and helpful. This is a small place with a nice atmosphere and variety of sweets with generous prices. Highly recommend

This place has excellent cookies. Hands down one of the best cookie shopsin the city. Many different varieties, made fresh at the shop. Small place and the line for service often forms out the door. Very popular place with tourists. It can feel crowded and cramped should you decide to dine inside at one of the two small tables. No table service.

I ordered the kitchen sink bar for $3.50. It is very reasonably priced and quite a generous slice. Unfortunately, I found it too sweet. The multiple ingredients were not discernible from all that sugar😟. My son had the cookie sandwich. He had a vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two hand-picked cookies for $6.50. Price is reasonable for NYC, and he said that he enjoyed it. My daughter had a 12 oz. cookie infused vanilla milk shake for $6.50. The cookies sunk to the bottom. She also enjoyed it, but 12 oz is a little small.

Had some interesting flavor choices and big thick cookies. We liked it a lot, but weren't blown away. Fun for a special treat and visiting NY, but not a must see stop.

We bring everyone we know here! It's not only our favorite cookie place - it's our favorite dessert place, period. It's a cute shop in a great location, and the cookies are top-notch.

Cookies are ok... not amazing. But the bad part is that I had to sit there listening for 15 minutes to some girl complain about another girl “taking tips”. Lower your voice. No one needs to hear your drama. She was talking about how amazing she is while putting the other girl down... how about realizing when there are customers to not do that—then you can say you’re amazing.

Went here earlier today. You can no longer pick what cookies you actually want (or don't want for that matter) when you order a dozen or at least that's what the girl said when I ordered my 6 separately and was about to order a dozen for my friend. She had to reiterate that to the guy server who was about to ask me what cookies I actually wanted after I got back in line for my friends dozen. For $24 you should be able to pick exactly what I want. Pretty bogus.

Nice little cookie store, with an interesting rotation of cookies. The price is good for the size and variety, though you need to be aware on a daily basis if your favorite flavor will be available. I tried the Fluffed Butter cookie, which was good but I found the sweetness overbearing as I made my way through the cookie. The Cereal Killer was an interesting idea, but the sugary, dry cereal on top again overwhelmed my taste buds a bit. If you've more of a sweet tooth, these might be right up your alley, but I couldn't take too much, personally. The hot chocolate was good and thick, and very nice on a cold night, but I found it's sweetness to overwhelm me with a full cup as well. Might be best to get cookies and split them with someone unless you're a real fan of sugar. All in all, a great place to get a unique cookie for a good price!
