Absolutely fabulous burger joint. Expensive but worth it. Be sure to get the ultimate cheeseburger - it was the best cheeseburger I have EVER tried. Imagine my food envy when I ordered the lamb burger and the husband gave me a taste of his! We also tried the burnt ends poutin, which was decadent and wonderful. Their cocktails were refreshing and different. Staff were helpful and attentive. Ambience was laid-back, halfway between pub and restaurant. Would happily return.

Service was way below average. Wrong drink orders had to ask for straws. Ive had better service at a culinary school restaurant. Wait staff standing around while people waiting to order. We were not offered a drink or even knew there was a full bar. On the good side the food was great.

After waiting 30 minutes for a table for dinner we were seated and greeted by a nice waiter. He went through the drink list brought us water and gave us a few minutes to decide. We ordered a side of onion rings, the farmhouse burger and some sort of hot dog and the “special” margarita and beer. The drinks were good. The onion rings arrived cold but were replaced quickly. They were okay. The burger was just okay and the hot dog was impressive plating but way to rich and super salty. Not a winner. Although the service was good the overall experience was mediocre. Save your money there are much better places to drop $100 bucks.

This has become a must go to place when we visit Vegas. Everything is very detailed and well thought through with ingredients and taste. Price is not expensive, apart from the $4 sodas. Just get a tasty beverage instead. Our favourite plate are Burnt Ends. They're on the appetizer menu, but you could have a meal of them. Love this place.

No reservation needed, you can skip the line by just asking for a table, they can text you back 10min before your table become available. Can't be easier. Food was delicious. Very reasonable price for a go may burger that is made to order just for you. The truffle fries are amazing. We ordered also Hell's Kitchen burger, Farmhouse burger and Hog Burger - we were very happy with all three.

This is seriously one of the biggest disappointments I've had with food... We got there at 11:20pm and it wasn't busy. Our 2 burgers arrived 30 mins after we placed our order as if it was the most complex dish from the French cuisine. Both burgers were well presented, overcooked and full of salt (could be MSG) and nothing special. Just overcomplicated ingredients between 2 bread buns with no substance. The service was so pretentious and only for the purpose of getting a tip. Obvious to the point that we had to laugh at the waiter. The price is ridiculously expensive but that wouldn't worry you because naturally you would expect something extraordinary. Well, save your money and invest it in alcohol or some shopping. I've been following Gordon Ramsay's TV shows and always admired the high standards he implements in different establishments... But what about his own? Does Gordon Ramsey need Gordon Ramsey to take a look?

This was our second time there and it was fantastic. Others have commented on how pricey it is and it is true the burgers cost more than most places but they are also a lot of food. A group of three could easily share two burgers and some fries and most people would be stuffed. My wife's Ultimate Cheeseburger was the best she has ever had and my Hog Burger was absolutely delicious. The truffle fries are amazing and as I said earlier are enough for three people. Service was great also. Worth the wait especially if you have a group that is willing to share.

My girlfriend wanted to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and this one had the best ratings, so we tried it out. It did not disappoint at all. The staff was extremely kind and easy to work with and the food was amazing. Each burger and dish has its own twist. For example, the sweet potato fries come with powdered sugar sprinkled on top with a honey jalapeño mayo that’s unique and delicious. I’d recommend it to anyone either looking to try out one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants or just looking for a unique and fancy burger experience.

Showed up for a table for two without reservation on a Saturday night. Long wait but well worth it. The burger was outstanding, the chips were unreal, and the dipping sauces for the chips were a real treat. I had high expectations for a Ramsay restaurant and they were absolutely met. The staff were professional and attentive. We had chef-side table with an amazing view of the cooks doing their best to smash perfect burgers out of the kitchen. Very exciting and wonderful environment - If you're in Planet Hollywood be sure to stop by.

This was probably the best burger I have ever had. It was prepared perfectly and the burger patty was seasoned beautifully. I’m not a big fan of French fries, but they were good with the curry dipping sauce. Plan on sharing your fries because the give you plenty. Very cool looking restaurant. I sat at the bar and the staff did a great job.
