I was disappointed that Bouley was closed but Bouley at home captures the same culinary splendor with an ecclectic ambiance that's homey + ecclectic + modern open concept kitchen. The food is fantastic. The service is good. The wine pairings are spot on. It's the food you expect from Bouley with an updated locale. Will definitely be back.

We loved the exceptional dinner with our family here! Guess what? I coordinated with the special dietary needs of our family while meeting the demands of our cravings and boy we were still very satisfied with our meals! At each stage, the surprises relished us in bursts of flavor and beauty. Not just that, their service was so fast and attentive, educating us about our meal, relaxed and gracious. Now, I am looking forward to bringing my family members unable to join us during that visit. Thank you, team, for the yummy meal!

We did the 5 course menu tasting! I cannot even begin to tell you how fantastic and delicious the food is! But even better is the customer service! Everyone makes you feel like royalty! The ambiance is amazing. Because there was three of us, we got to taste about 2/3 of the menu as we tried each others dishes. Just when you think the food couldn't get any better, the next plate topped it some how!! Matthew, Jennie, and Gabriel were spectacular!! Special thanks and hugs to Matthew for making our celebration extra special!! They've set a new standard for my taste buds that makes it very hard to go back to "normal" food! I want this everyday!!!! You won't regret visiting Bouley!

This review is for the gluten free bread class, and not for the restaurant. The chef teacher, Danny, was super knowledgeable and interesting, teaching us beyond the actual dishes we made and bringing many unique techniques from the restaurant like the fermentation of rice and also the picked vegetables. This is not hands on class but nevertheless was interesting and opened new horizons for baking, from flour selection to small tips about oven and baking. At the end you're also being served 3 small but delicious dishes we left with sourdough starter! Which for bakers is really exciting.

“At Home” is a perfect name for this beautiful restaurant, the unique feeling of sitting in your apartment while dining at the counter with your privet chef is simply spectacular. The award winning chef “David” who stood before us enjoyed sharing what he was cooking and how he was preparing meals in such detail we were mesmerized. The food is hand picked from around the world down to the worlds best butter from Zurich, OMG. Staff, professional and attentive to every move and gesture. Enjoy a great meal, “At Home”

Experience something new and brilliant. Chef Bouley is half Chef half healer half magician and this meal is not to be rushed! Dish after dish of things you’d never dream of...and that’s what makes this place wonderful. I loved getting the dishes explained by the chef who made it. Go and order the tasting menu. BEWARE: impossible to not try all the breads with their custom Normandy butter. Thanks Chef B!

If you were a big fan of Bouley Bakery, like me, Bouley Home was unfortunately a let down. The bread cart and wine selections were excellent. But, the dishes on the a la carte menu were inconsistent. The heavy use of truffle or truffle oil made two dishes (the tuna and the ravioli) difficult to eat more than a bite or two. Ive never before not wanted to eat a dish at a Bouley restaurant. The salmon, on the other hand was perfect.

Where do I even start?! ... This place is amazing! The food is of course incredible. I have now tried the a la carte menu and both the lunch and dinner tasting menu - the lunch pre-fixe is the best deal in town! To make the experience even more delightful, the staff is so attentive and really makes your time spent at the restaurant that much more enjoyable. Added perk - being able to see the chefs cooking! Last but not least, the wine list is impeccable. Not only does the restaurant provide so many different options, they also offer a selection in all price ranges. Oh, and there's a Master Sommelier on hand. Everything about this restaurant is perfect. GO NOW!

Superb! Love the new HOME, same amazing Bouley cuisine, in futuristic new digs in collaboration with bulthaup. Tip: although google description says 'Jackets required for men' and 'vaulted ceilings' this describes the previous Bouley location; the new Bouley at Home location has very high ceilings and dress code is 'celebratory casual'. Very happy to be at HOME again!
