For how busy the area is, we didn’t have to wait much to be seated when we visited this location. I was in a group of 4 so that wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. Our food came out hot and our waiter (though he may have been hungover) was awesome and got very comfortable with us. He was very attentive and checked in on us and was really working his butt off. We went during the summer during dinner time so I was expecting sub-par service and ended up being very impressed. I would recommend going if you’re craving seafood. I always get the Shrimper’s Heaven as it comes with different sauces and fries. Yum!

There's no place like Bubba Gumps. Lots of fun and outlandish glowing cocktails. The surf and turf is amazing as are the ribs. Just be aware that there can be a wait and it often gets very busy. If you like a cozy atmosphere, you might be disappointed.

Went around 9 pm on a Friday was seated in about 5 mins compared to 8 pm on Saturday which could be about a 30 min wait time. Waiter was super friendly and helpful. Grilled shrimp was awesome. This coconut rum drink is great if you like sweet drinks.

I don't come here very often but the few times I do, I thoroughly enjoy my experience. Times Square is naturally very crowded and sometimes there's a bit of a wait to be seated, depending on what day of the week and time you go but they're generally quick in seating you. All the servers are very nice, everything is clean and the food is delicious. For one appetizer, 4 drinks, and 3 entrees the total prior to tip came out to about $130 which is pretty good!

We decided to visit Bubba Gump for lunch. It was surprisingly busy for 11am. The service was alright since they arrive at your table based on the license plate sign that you can use to get their attention. The food on the other hand was nothing to rave about. It's mostly fried food, which is fine if that's what you're into, but what we ordered did not leave us clamoring for more, which was shrimp and by all rights, that should be their best offering. The waitress did come around after our meal with some Forest Gump trivia, which we nailed and were rewarded with mints. This place is great if you go just to see pics from the movie, but the food is better elsewhere in Times Square.

More of an experience than a Culinary treat. Better seafood restaurants in Manhattan. But...View over Time Square is hard to better. Service is friendly and fun. Prawn/Shrimps are quite good. A nice fun themed seafood restaurant. Gift shop on ground floor for fans of the film.

Forrest Gump themed restaurant in the middle of Times Square. Second floor views let you see the busy area in all its lights and glory. The crowd here is made up of tourists (I'm local but enjoy the occasional tourist trap). Depending on when you go there may be a line and a bit of a wait, especially dinner time. You'll hear many Happy Birthday songs as it seems to be a popular place to celebrate.

It is such a nice place. The shrimp there tastes so good. Some good drinks too. It's also pretty quick, even though there are always lots of people there.

This place is looking like an independant restaurant but it is not ! Even if there is a lot of Bubba Gump all around the world, the food tastes very fresh for a nice price and the place overall is very original. The Lt. Dan's drunken shrimps were well cooked, the Andouille sausages were tastefull, the bacon & garlic mashed potatoes weren't in the menu but the surprise was good to have this awesome item in my plate and the Bourbon sauce was awfull !
