I was expecting a bit more from this place. Heard it was fantastic and I felt like I've had better. Pizza was okay and would probably never go back to try again. Another annoying thing was the seating. Hardly any room to move around. You can hear people's conversations cause they are literally sitting right next to you. That I didn't like. Place is very crowded and tight. In the middle of the restaurant two people cannot pass through the small space between the tables so every time someone is passing on on end, you have to wait for them to get through. Annoying as hell. Staff were very friendly though.

I am SO disappointed. My mom was taking me here for my birthday and the moment we arrived we were told that if our whole party isn’t here that we wouldn’t be seated unless we order something. Which is fine but we were only missing 1 person in our party. They said that if we were seated, that we couldn’t take long because they were busy. Which is not true because there was no wait time and they had empty tables. So we decide to go and sit and our waitress was pressuring us to order, when we asked for an extra chair for the person missing, they threw it right in front of us. So we decide to leave and when I tried to speak to the manager about their customer service, they said that “they asked us before being seated” which again was fine, but it gave them no right to treat us as if we were in a high school lunch cafeteria. Not coming back.

There were a lot of rules about what could and could not be substituted. Asked for extra sauce on the side, waiter refused. Turns out that there wasn't enough sauce. Waiter was not very attentive. Best thing here is the drinks. Negroni was very well made. Some really good Italian beers too. Open oven so not enough air conditioning. May try again after the summer.

Incredible pizza in an authentic place. Common pizza styles and toppings, but made with care. Quantity and quality are top notch, price was affordable. I hate to be that guy but I had a New York moment there, Jon Benjamin was there. If the food is good enough for a Jazz legend like that it's good enough for you.

Truly excellent Italian food near Times Square. As a gluten free eater, I was pleased to see a full, dedicated menu for gluten free items, including all regular pizza options. Service was quick and the atmosphere was suitable for a hearty and jovial meal with friends. Note that the restaurant does close throughout the day, so we felt a little rushed for our late lunch. But this is a highly recommended option for tourists or locals alike seeking that New York Italian experience.

Great food and great service. It’s a busy place so when we arrived there weren’t any tables free. We were give the option of waiting for a table or sitting at the bar, we went for the bar as we were pretty hungry! The guy behind the bar was very attentive and the food came out very quickly after ordering. Best of all the pizzas were absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely be back next time we’re in NYC.

Recommended by a friend who saw the restaurant on a Food Channel. Super busy on arrival but we were seated promptly. I liked the look of a pizza someone else was eating when I walked in, so the lady walked over to see what it was so I could order’s that for service! My pizza was delicious, 8 inch was perfect lunch size. We were checked on and drinks topped up without asking. Great experience!

Good Neapolitan spot in the theater district. Always bustling, especially after a show. Service can be scattered, but still efficient. Very loud dining room environment.

Small, expensive but good. My wife and I stopped by for drinks and a pizza. The artisan pizza was good but small.. 11inches. Like most places in NYC, the space is tight. All in all the money spent was well worth it.

Excellent appetizers and salad. Pizza was decent and good size for two. Atmosphere was cozy and prices are reasonable. The service was top notch!
