I am in FOOD HEAVEN!!! I can't believe I can find "Italy" in NY City~ Awesome!! So many different vendors, cafe, restaurant, retailer, etc. I can spend all day there just browsing all the merchandise. Anything you can think about, they have it there! The cheese, the meat, the coffee, the gelato, the candy, etc. Crowded but I love the atmosphere!! Everyone is smiling drinking & eating. That is life all about~ The Service: EXCELLENT! All the staffs are very attentive, Our server gives good recommendation on the menu. The Food: Good wine, good cheese, good meat! We have a blast~

Perfect place to impress out of town visitors! The bar can get a little crowded and hot but the atmosphere is worth it. Decor changes seasonally so it always looks different. You might also spot a celebrity or two if you are lucky.

Very intriguing. It's a place to shop and eat at the same time. Very different atmosphere from your usual grocery or supermarket stores. You do find a wide variety of imported foods and wines. You can buy elegant treats, snacks and fruit tarts. They carry many different cheeses and make mozzarella cheese fresh to order. Interesting is that there are areas to lounge, eat and maybe even eat some of whatever you purchase. Hit chairs and table create a nice comfort and you'll feel as if you are in a bar. With that bar feel you can taste or have different wines. The ice cream was great, lots of weird flavors to choose from. Last but not least, meats, great meat cuts. Them porthouse steaks look superb, expect to pay a pretty penny as it is a bit costly.

Eataly is an amazing experience in itself. The food is always so fresh and served by amazing people. Management is doing an amazing job with how they handle situations too. During my visit there were multiple incidents that could’ve been handled very poorly but thanks to their management knowing the true meaning of customer service, everything was smooth sailing!

Eataly is an NYC staple and a great spot to take your out of town family. There are tons to see and cool foods to buy along with the various restaurants that offer good authentic Italian food. The kicker though is the rooftop that offers seasonal drinks along with a great wine list. I would highly recommend coming here during the summer months.

I'd definitely give 5 star for the food and 5 star for the experience when you step inside. Every section is unique and has something good to taste. I usually go there for some good Pasta and Red velvet cake at the bakery. They have the best red velvet cakes I've tried so far.

Delicious Authentic Italian food! They have every Italian food you can name: Pasta, Gelato, pizza, sea food, cheese, wine and more! There's no food they don't have! Despite being very popular, the service at every "food area" is fast and tasty. I would recommend going to Eataly whenever possible!

So much variety, though vegetarian/kosher/halal options are nonexistent. It's always tempting and mouth-watering and thus, a challenge. Serving sizes are Italian style, small and savory. You pay for the quality and you get it. Hot chocolate is literally the yummiest, thickest, most amazing hot chocolate you can imagine. It's a full meal, the way it settles in your stomach, so word of advice, 2 people should get one of these as dessert, unless you lile walking around in the city in this bitter cold, because if you do, this drink is your best friend!

they are working on the Toronto location and I can't wait! Visited the one on Broadway in NYC and it was quite an experience. You can literally get all things Italian in one place.. be prepared though for lines and many people ... DELICIOUS food and you can watch them make the pasta right in front of you in the pasta section! The squid ink pasta is MERAVIGLIOSA ....truly ..... and the amount and choice of stuff is amazing.. The Toronto location cannot open soon enough!

Perfect if you're with a group of people and have NO idea what to eat because everyone has their own preferences. Eataly is kind of like your mom and pop shop if it was in a cafeteria setting - there is something for everyone here but they don't skimp out on the flavors and high quality ingredients. Think - high end cafeteria. Honestly such a great place to hang out if you are in the area and have some time to kill because there is so much to do, see, and taste test here. I ended up browsing for hours unintentionally and found myself eating everything here because of the delicious and high quality stuff that they use in their food. I love the open layout of the place, makes it so easy to navigate and walk around, doesn't feel stuffy at all even though there are a million people inside here at times. This place is an absolute must on my books, they also have a location in Chicago that follows the same concept and is to die for - i love the consistency of this place!
