Delicious food and even better service. The service was impeccable! Came here with my brother for a nice sit down and were amazing with the food. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and the staff helped make the experience even better. You can tell that they put a ton of time and effort into training their team to work meticulously. Suggestion: order the drinks with mescal and grapefruit! It’s amazing.

Gotham. The place is a NY institution and I can't believe I never visited until now! First impression was that the decor felt a touch dated and I was taking a small step back in time but I grew to like it because the service and food were freaking amazing. I'm not sure I can remember the last time a restaurant actually carried our drinks from the bar to the table vs just moving the tab. Great staff all around from the hosts to the bartender and dining room. The menu felt a little traditional too but execution was exceptional. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I don't normally order steak with all the great steakhouses in NYC and was pleasantly surprised by one of the best steaks I've had, anywhere!

My husband has been here before, but this was my first time. You walk in and feel like you have stepped into a NY institution. Old money surrounded by new money, all enjoying some amazing food. We came for restaurant week and were anything but disappointed. We had the gazpacho, branzino, and shared their chocolate cake with salted almond ice cream. Eat bite played delightfully on my tongue. I would definitely go again and again and again.

I was absolutely blown away. The service was amazing from the moment I walked through the door, so kind and welcoming. The pasta dish I got for dinner, sweet corn tortellini, was mind blowing. My taste buds have never been so happy, and I have never had a better pasta dish (and I love pasta, okay?). Absolutely fantastic. Worth every penny & more.

Classic New York fine dining experience. The menu is set up for ordering individual courses (up to 3) but don't be shy in selecting one or two. The first two are typically smaller versions with the third being your primary course. Everything was excellent...from the seafood dishes to the steak to the fowl (duck breast in this case). The specialty drinks were all very good twists on traditional drinks (e.g. hibiscus I fused mule). Deserts were all excellent and service was as expected for a fine restaurant. This is not an inexpensive place so be prepared to pay for it, but you won't be disappointed.

Although it doesn’t look handicap accessible there is a side door that you can go through to enter! One dining can also go to the restroom across the street! Upon request they offer two tables that have adjustable heights for ones comfort!

Amazing restaurant! Exceptional food and service. Chef came out to the table and took us for a tour of the kitchen and meet the 2 other chef. Can't get better than this in NY City. Looking forward to eating there again real soon!

Loved the Gotham Bar and Grill - we went to the Grill after scoring tickets to Hamilton (Matinee). Cocktails are carefully crafted - no spray gun here! Tonic comes out of little bottles of Fever Tree. Solid menu. Sean Connery is a frequent diner - so look for him in the corner table.

This is by far the best dining experience I have had in a long time! Gotham Bar and Grill is truly the epitome of excellence when it comes to fine dining and quality service. I recently had lunch at this incredible restaurant with my sisters and I have to say that the overall experience was amazing! The food here is prepared exquisitely with such precision, indescribable flavors and textures that leave your taste buds clamoring for more. To top things off, the staff and service at the Gotham Bar and Grill is outstanding! From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are greeted with such warm and personable service. I found the entire staff to be extremely helpful, courteous and professional; especially that of our server, Garin. The ambiance here at the Gotham Bar and Grill is one that is relaxing and filled with a friendly entertaining staff who provides service with a smile. I have fallen in love with the Pan Roasted Branzino, simply delicious!!! My sisters and I will most definitely return to the Gotham Bar and Grill as we are excited to explore and taste the additional flavors and menu items that the Gotham Bar and Grill has to offer. I want to say, thank you to the general manager, entire staff and awesome chief at Gotham Bar and Grill!

I never knew food could be prepared like this. We went last night for a birthday dinner and the food was perfect. Service was attentive, friendly and helpful. Eating there was a great experience from start to finish.
