What can i say about shake shack that wasn’t already said. You can’t go wrong with shake Shack doesn’t matter what you order. Tried their mushroom burger with cherry peppers and it was great. Nothing compares to their fries and shakes tho. This particular location is obviously crowded, thanks to all tourist flying to downtown Manhattan. Shake shack all the way

Shake shack is one of, if not my favorite burger chain out there. The condiments are fresh, the sauce is delicious, the meat is juicy and buns are light; you really couldn't ask for more. The shakes are fantastic as well and they are always trying to add new season flavors. The fries definitely leave something to be desired in my opinion, but a lot of people do seem to be fanatical about them, so to each their own. As expected, this place seems to always be busy, even in off hours, which speaks to how good it really is, and the seating is fairly limited considering the size of the crowd it attracts, but even taking it to go is worth its while.

The staff here was great, which seemed rare in NYC at least for the week we were there. Food was good as well. Restaurant was clean and cool. We stopped in after our visit to the 9/11 Memorial.

Tremendous! First time here. Polite staff, super fast ordering. Had a cheese burger, a dog, and next to Nathan's, the best fries ever. My vanilla shake was awesome as well.

One of the best burger chains in New York City without doubt! The burgers are excellent and the fries are one of the best I have ever tried. The only inconvenience is that the restaurant it’s always almost full so it’s difficult to find a good place to sit down. I highly recommend Shake Shack if you want to have a good burger in NYC!

This is a typical Shake Shack. The food was pretty good. It is pretty busy inside, and you may have to wait for a table to sit down especially, if you have a party of 4.

Good amount of seating, especially when it's warm out and they can utilize their outdoor section, which is protected from the elements by an overhang. Not only is the food good, but they serve wine and beer, which is always nice at the end of a long day. Try timing your visit off peak and you will almost never have to wait.

Awesome burgers and fries. You can have it with beer or wine. Waiting time will be around 15-20 minutes during lunch time and will be tough to get seats inside. You have plenty of space outside to sit and eat.

Very good Burger Restaurant. The quality of the food is excellent. Please avoid lunch time between 11:30am and 01:30pm as it is very busy, you will hardly get a table and the waiting time could exceed 15 minutes.

Cool and calm atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, family friendly, and the food was amazing from start to finish. Perfect fries, perfect shake, and amaaaaazing burgers! Wish we could eat here every day.
