Top notch customer service. They really made us feel special on our anniversary. The food was very delicious as well. Capital grill never disappoints!

I visited the Capital Grille with my mother and sister a week ago for lunch during NYC 2018 Restaurant Week, a deal we like. Aside from our regular luncheons at the Capital Grille, we also partake in the NYC Restaurant Week. My sister ordered the Clam Chowder and Grill Salmon, and the Grill Salmon was tender and moist. My mother and I shared the Lobster & Crab Cakes and the Lobster & Crab Burger which was both delicious and excellent as usual. These 2 items at the Capital Grille is my mother's and my favorite. The service was awesome, and it came with a friendly polite smile. Enjoy NYC 2018 Restaurant Week until August 18th.

One of the best Power Lunches in NYC. Take your clients and prospects here! Great steaks. Great red wine. Great service. Ain’t cheap. Nevertheless worth every penny in my book. They know how to make you and your guest feel important.

Very disappointed with our visit. More so since we brought a visitor with us. The service was abysmal. The waiters were non-existent. A usual one hour meal became 3 hrs. Our whole table ordered medium steak and only 2 people got their steak done right. All our steaks were either medium well or well done. I did not enjoy my visit at all. Will not be returning. if there's a negative star rating, I would have chosen that.

Service here was excellent! Attentive, friendly and fast. We ordered the NY strip steak which was excellent, and the sides were delicious too. The interior decor is very fancy, almost enough to justify the price tag. There wasn't much atmosphere for lunch, but that's to be expected - this is more of a dinner joint. I'd recommend it for sure

I’ve never had a disappointing meal at Capital Grille. The last time I dined at Capital Grill I chose the shrimp and grits which was great complementing the great service. Only disappointment was because I made reservations for a client meeting and we were seated 30 minutes after our reservations.

I went to Capital Grille for my 13th birthday and the food was amazing! Everything from the pumpernickel bread and the lobster and crab stuffed shrimp to the Delmonico steak. Even the candy was great. Best meal ever! Update for 2018! Although I have been to The Capital Grille numerous times, the most recent has been the best so far. I unexpectedly won the Reservation Rescue for Valentine's Day and had the pleasure of bringing my mom for dinner. The food was exquisite as always and came quickly! Our server, Tony, was exceptional and very radiant. Jill, the manager, came in to check on us several times through dinner to check on our status and answer any questions we had. One of the best parts of the evening was the kind note written to me congratulating me on winning the dinner and the surprise desert brought to us at the end of the dinner. It was an amazing experience and I will of course be back soon!

What can you say about the capital grille - an excellent dining experience. Very fancy. Tremendous wine selection. Over the top food - steaks and lobster age great. A very special might out. Also great for classy lunch.

Honestly one of the most delicious and fanciest meals I have ever had. Check out our starting seafood appetizer pic. I had the surf and turf baby! It was awesome and steak was mouth watering and cooked perfect. The lobster was fresh and delicious. Although the highlight was our waiter. Too notch service and a great guy to hang with. Oh and to top off a perfect evening the best creme brulee I have ever had. See pic.
