The carriage ride, the driver and the items that came with this were awesome. The strawberries were from edible arrangements and the roses were beautiful. The driver was really nice! The only complaint we have is that the photographer that took our pictures during the ride was supposed to email me a link to our pictures and it never happened. He asked me to text him my email which I did right in front of him. He said the link would be up within 24 hours. The next day I still had not received an email so I texted him again and he again said he would definitely get them to me that night. Again, no pictures. It is now 4 days after the ride and I have yet to receive an email. He is no longer responding to my texts either. I feel like I was completely ripped off and have no pictures from the ride to have as a souvenir. Disappointing.
