This tour is amazing cant recommend it enough ...if your lucky enough to get mark and levi you will have a fantastic time . Mark knew everything you need to know about New York. It covered most of what we wanted to see all in a day . The trip wasn't rushed at all and we stopped for a lovely lunch.

We all met near Time Square area and a small bus took us all over the entire day. Awesome! Loved the fast pass line at the Statue of Liberty. The 911 memorial. Awesome! Guide was a local and very very informative and witty. As a matter of fact it is 2 years later and I am booking this same tour for my grandchildren for 2018. This is the tour to take to see New York! My only complaint was to the bus driver. He gets a ONE star. No personality and the bus windows needed washing.

Brilliant trip taking in most of the major sights in one day Grand Central Station, Empire State Building, Little Italy, Wall Street, Statue of Liberty, 911 Memorial. Julian was a brilliant tour guide too, who gave a really informative and humorous guide to the sights en route, not to mention being a great photographer. Thanks to BJ the driver who navigated those manic New York streets. Can't recommend this tour enough.

Enjoyed viator tours before but were disappointed. Whistle stop view of the palace with no time for gardens or market and basically a bus ride with no availability to stop and look. Guide was nice and worked hard but delivering this in 2 languages we felt missed other information.

Covered a lot within a small group, tour guide very knowledgeable being a local. Long wait for ferry compounded by unprofessional security staff making fun of tourists.

Of all the 5 days I spent in New York while on holiday last month, I would rate the day I took this tour to be the best. One important thing to keep in mind is to first check out the weather before taking this tour. I was very fortunate to have clear blue skies on the day of my tour and so, had the benefit of bringing home beautiful scenic memories from this tour. Do your weather research upfront and then decide when is the best day to join this tour like I did. The tour guide we got was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about NYC as she had been living in NYC for close to 30 years, all her life and hence was able to share many secrets and tales of NYC that set up each destination we travelled as part of the tour more exciting. For instance, when our next stop on the tour was going to be the 9-11 Memorial, along the way, she gave us some very insightful tips about the entire area, what happened on the day of the tragedy, the many lives that had been lost and told us the story of the restored Oak tree that survived the entire tragedy and how til this very day, whenever a similar tragedy or terrorist attack occurs in any part of the world, a leaf from this Oak tree is sent to that place as a goodwill gesture. When we eventually arrived at the 9-11 Memorial, we appreciated the site even more and that Oak tree was not just some tree, but after knowing the background, we felt very inclined to go there and be under that tree for a brief moment. It is these little things that I really liked about the tour guide's guidance during the tour. The highlights of this tour for me, were The Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty, as believe me, during a peak travel season, the last thing you want to deal with is long queues that could add hours and delay your travel plans. So this tour was specifically designed to skip the line in these two landmarks and hence enabled all of us on the tour to seamlessly enjoy these landmarks at a very generous amount of time. Another interesting place which I kind of liked was the Central Station where the tour guide brought us down into the station and to a particular spot where the design of the pillars at an intersection in the station is unique to the extent if you whisper quietly into the wall of one pillar, a person placing their ears on the diagonally opposite pillar could hear that whisper clearly. Again, on our own, we would never have been able to discover this, but with the tour, it was possible. The tour is inclusive of lunch, ours was at Paesano on Mulberry Street, a very cosy authentic Italian restaurant. Thanks to a suggestion by the tour guide, we also looked out for the best Cannoli in the world located a few doors away and it was just awesome! We really had a great time on this tour, and probably because it was a small group, about 20-25 people, we were able to assemble fast, get to know each other, share some light moments while travelling in our luxury bus and get on to a fine start after every stop. Before leaving after each stop, the tour guide would do a roll call to make sure all of us are onboard. It was at times a little hilarious as she kept mispronouncing my name as Gupa instead of Gopi a couple of times, which is fine as I was the only one on board with a relatively long traditional name. Our bus was very cosy and comfortable and a special word of thanks and gratitude to our driver who looked after all our personal belongings which we could leave on the bus while getting off each stop and he was very punctual in picking us up again at the agreed time after each stop. To sum it up, if you want a memorable day in NYC, then you must take this tour!
