An excellent way to see the city, one of the drivers didn't speak at all during one of the tours and expected a tip needless to say he didn't earn it. I bought the 5 attraction pass for the four people in our party, I was given the tickets which resembled a long piece of wallpaper for some reason I thought I would get a card or something smaller which would have been easier hence 4 stars. We went to see the radio city tour and the man who took the wallpaper receipt said he hadn't seen these tickets and had to phone someone on what to do with them, we found out on our last day he cut two tickets off and kept them so 2 of us lost an attraction ticket.overall ok.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Everything we booked was an adventure that we would not have wanted to miss ... they were very helpful but not pushy . I would use this company again anytime I travel

Please don't spend your money!! We purchased the 7 excursion pass, wasted most of our day waiting in long lines. Took cabs because the bus never showed up. We were told over and over it was 10 minutes away. The customer representatives, were agitated and angry when you asked about the bus. The entire 4 days of our trip, we only saw one bus for this company through out the city.Pick another company if you want a bus excursion.

The tour was very convenient. The bus sightseing allowed us to see a large part of Manhattan. The guides in the bus were very interesting. Our Pass was including three activities. We have chosen: to visit the Empire State Building, A cruise with a boat Circle Line on the Hudson river A visit of the Whitney Museum. We liked very much these choices. We recommend.

The buses only have about 25 seats in the actual bus, standing room allowed for maybe 12, some bus drivers wouldn't even let more people stand, you couldn't sit on the open top when it was only 15 - 20' outside. The buses were way to few for the amount of people waiting to get on! We waited thru 4 buses coming and couldn't get on, we ended up taking the subway! Drivers and tourguides on the bus were very rude. The tour guides on the street at stops only wanted to sell more tickets to everyone that went by, couldn't be bothered with those of us that had tickets and were waiting in the cold!!! Never was able to use any of our attraction tickets bc of the huge wait outside also!! A RIP OFF by this company to make and sell as many tickets as they could!!!

If you purchase the pass online in the uk you have to exchange the voucher in grey lines office. We que for ages waiting for a agent to become free. Allow 1 hour for the process.

I enjoyed the commentary about each location/attraction, although on one trip that I took the commentary did not match up with the loctions that we were seeing. The bus stop at the UN and where the bus actually stops are in two different places. This caused a few people to be left behind by the bus, as they were at the bus stop but the bus did not stop there. I am not sure if this is the fault of the driver or the location of the bus stop. It caused a lot of frustration. I think there shoud be a way to avoid all of the paper that is the ticket for each attraction. it is time consuming and confusing having to go through all of the long ream of paper to find the particular ticket. perhaps colour-code the tickets or offer them in small cards.
