The tour itself was very good with Turgey and Ernie. However the organisation from Viators end was none existent. You get a voucher and instructions as to where to go...but there is nobody actually there to take the voucher or direct you to the right carriage. It was only due to the very helpful attitude of the other carriage drivers that we got a ride at all.ķ

Purchased our ride in advance, with a note to call the day before to confirm. Tried the number 15 times and received no answer. On the day of our ride, our carriage driver, who didn't work for the company, gave us a carriage ride anyway. Felt sorry for us that we had been ripped off. Never prepay for a ride. Purchase it when you get to Central Park.

The park was lovely and our guide told us about past events and movies that took place there. The horse took us at a slow pace enabling us to enjoy the sights and take pictures. We would recommend this experience to others.
